I heard this rumor about 2 years ago that Google could listen to your Youtube uploads to determine if they were really about what you said they were about in the title. Looking at their transcription Beta, I would guess that the rumor is true or very close to coming true. So, if you are using Youtube and other video sharing sites to build web traffic and SEO for your website, I would keep this in mind and make sure you say your keywords in your video.
